Marron festival
Maroon festival begins in middle of October in Lovran and in following weekends locals and visitors have organized in picaresque villages beyond Lovran, Liganj and Dobrec different happenings; on Maroon festival (marunada) beside roosted maroons and home made honey brandy (medica) and young vine; in cafés and baker shops are making and offering various delicious cakes, in restaurants you may taste original home made dishes on maroon base; the main party in Lovran is on city Square (called Brajdice) and has all day program of folklore, orchestras and music.

From 4. until 25. Of October concerts will have stars of German folk and chanson music, on stage will appear also domestic bands from Opatija and Rijeka.
Music manifestation “Musikfest” has been organized first years in Poreč and last two moved into beautiful Opatija.

In a small Inn Skalinada located in the old city of Volosko from 12 to 24 hours you can visit the exhibition of works by students Tarsa workshop, which was held under the supervision of Dejan Kljun.

The spirit of the old Opatija this summer will revive again thanks to the concert which will begin at 21:00 hours on the famous terrace of the oldest hotels on the Croatian side of the Adriatic - Kvarner. Visitors will enjoy in performance of cult 'Opatijski suveniri', just like 30 years ago.
