UEM ALPE - ADRIA - CHAMPIONSHIP
EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFICATION EVENT
Alpe Adria Championship is the strongest regional competition in which participate teams from Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia and also Poland from last year. Competitions will be held in two days, Saturday and Sunday starting at 08:00 in the morning. Seven races will be driven in following classes: 125SP, 125GP, SSp,Stocksport 600/1000, SBK and alsoVintage MK Kvarner race. Tickets can be purchased in advance at info-center on the Corso in Rijeka, and at the reception of the Automotodrom Grobnik.

A festival of Croatian documentary film, the Liburnia Film Festival, will be held for the eighth time on the open-air stage in the marina in Ičići near Opatija, from Thursday, August 26 to Sunday, August 29, 2010. During the festival, twelve of the best Croatian documentary films shot during 2009 and 2010 and competing for the jury's award will be screened, while 10 other films outside the competition will also be shown. Every evening after the film segment, a music segment presenting groups and DJs from Croatia will ensue. A particularly interesting introduction to the festival will be held on August 19 and August 20 on the Opatija Summer Stage, where Oscar-winning documentaries from 2009 and 2010 will be screened.
