50th International tennis tournament for veterans (ITF)

From August 25 to August 30 2014 at Opatija will be held 50th North Adriatic International Championships for veterans – seniors 35 + and super seniors 60-85 + world ITF STARS 2, organized by the tennis club Opatija, and Croatian Tennis Association veterans.

Competitors come from almost all European countries, Australia, USA, and RSA.
The tournament was promoted by well-known initiator of tennis in Opatija, the deciesed Krunoslav Penkala, son of the famous Croatian inventor.
