mehr »Traditional manifestation of national minorities in Rijeka - Ethno Festival, which this year takes place for 17th time, organized by the City of Rijeka, the Croatian Music Union and all Rijeka national minority associations will be held on 28th and 29 September at the Italian Community and Czech home. At the 17th Ethno festival will perform more than 220 musicians, singers and dancers.
mehr »From 26 to 28 September 2013 will be held 40th Edition "CROATIA RALLY 2013", which will be organized by Croatian Car and Karting Federation in Istria, with start and finish in Porec, while two special stages 27th September 2013 at the legendary track over Učka. In Opatija, on the beach Slatina will be organized large auto moto show. The entire project includes a new promoter of European Championships - Eurosport. The event is held under the auspices of the Croatian President, Dr Josipovic and supported by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports, and the Croatian Ministry of Tourism.

mehr »With his impressive sculptural opus, Vladimir Herljević is firmly weaved into the fabric of Croatian art. Herljević was born in 1930 in Vareš (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and in 1951 he enrolled into the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. He graduated in 1956 in the class of professor Antun Augustinčić, in whose Master Workshop he spent more than two decades. He continues to work with full intensity even today, near the Master's atelier in Zagreb's Tuškanac.
