The Dominant Quartet rightly holds one of the leading roles among the young generation of musical ensembles in Russia. It was founded at the Gnessin Music Academy in Moscow in 1995 under the professorship of Valentin Berlinsky, the cellist of the world famous Borodin Quartet.

Children's Week will be celebrated from 4 to 10 October, under the motto "Love the children first and foremost" and "Adults listen to us," as a series of actions and events in Opatija and Lovran. Children's Week has been traditionally celebrated 60 years in Croatia the first week in October, and this year for the first time and the Council for Children Republic of Croatia and the Ministry of Family, Veterans and Intergenerational Solidarity for the first time officially declared Monday on the first week of October - the International Day of the Child .
