50th Music Forum Opatija

Music Forum, founded in 1963 is a prominent manifestation of the Croatian Composers' Society, which each fall promotes creative contemporary Croatian composers of all generations. Since its establishment in 1963, until 1999, had ben held in Opatija, Pula then from 1999 to 2009 and from 2010 is back in Kvarner and Opatija, where it is today. Belongs to a group of specialized chamber festivals whose trademark is modern national artistic production.

9th Jazz Ex Tempore

Workshops (3rd and 4th of November) will take place in Opatija, Villa Antonio from 20.00h, and the Final Concert -crown of this year's project - will take place on 5th November, in the "Golden Hall" of the Hotel Imperial , starting at 21.00 h .

Tickets for the final concert can be purchased at the Festival Opatija and Dallas Music Shop , and at the entrance, an hour before the concert , priced at 70.00KN, while participating in the workshops is open for all public and completely free.

2nd International Invest forum

The Primorje – Gorski Kotar County and the City of Rijeka, with the support of the Government of the Republic of Croatia are organizing a forum on investments, which will take place on 30 October 2013 at the Grand Hotel “4 Opatijska cvijeta” in Opatija.

The Invest Forum aims to present development potentials of the Primorje – Gorski Kotar County and the City of Rijeka, as well as investment projects of the state and local interest in the sectors of transport, energy and tourism.

The Forum will be attended by project creators, local and regional government representatives, investors and companies operating in the field of investment and infrastructure management.

The participation at the Forum is free of charge.
