3rd Kastav Film Festival

Manifest of the Festival:
1. anyone can submit their film (until 15th of June 2011)
2. all submitted films must be displayed regardless of their form and content
3. there will not be any censorship or selection
4. public space as a common good must be available to everyone
5. all film screenings must be free
