House is located in Opatija's most attractive area. There is very few apartments for rent so close to the sea (only 50 meters) in this area. Yes you can, not only see, but hear the sea!
Just cross the street and you're on lungomare (seaside promenade from Opatja to Lovran) where you can enjoy walking in the mornig sun...
One of the most beautifull villas in Opatija - Villa Ariston (Bulit in late 19th century, reconstructed along classical lines by renowned Viennese architect Carl Siedl in 1924, Villa Ariston has welcomed a constant stream of royalty, leaders of men and arbiters of taste over its life, including various Habsburgs, assorted Kennedys and Coco Chanel. Today a small hotel & restaurant) is only 200m away (less then 5 minute walk).
