This beautiful semi-detached villa is located in a tranquil setting, about 2 km from Opatija, which abounds in restaurants, shops and cafes and is also located near the Nature Park Učka. We also recommend excursions to the islands of the Kvarner Bay (Krk, Cres, Rab, …) and Istria to the coast and inland, which has numerous attractions. There are premium vineyards, as well as sites known for famous Istrian truffles.
Facilities: Villa Nicole (512 m2) is newly built and furnished and fully air-conditioned. Living area of the Villa (2106 m2 terrace and balcony areas 110 m2) consists of basement,ground floor and first floor. In the basement there is a garage (170 m2) from which is a direct entrance to the Villa. Direct entrance leads to a private apartment which consists of one bedroom (bed size 14x200 cm) and a living area which has a pullout sofa for 2 people. There
is also a bathroom with a washing machine.
Staircase leads into the lobby which consists of living room, surrounded by glass walls. The living room has a fireplace, corner sofa, satellite television. The kitchen is also a part of the living room (with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and a stove) and there is a dining table for 10 people. The ground floor also has a guest toilet. On the first floor are three bedrooms.
The first room has a bed size 160x200 cm, within it is also en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower with steam bath and chromo therapy, there is also a separate wardrobe, the room is surrounded by a terrace (45 m2).
The second room has two beds in size of 90x200 cm, this room also has a terrace, while the third bedroom has a bed 160x200 cm and a shared bathroom equipped with whirlpool tub.
Villa has its own spacious garden which is dominated by the large swimming pool with heated water (50 m2) and with outdoor shower, sunbathing area and rest, covered gazebo with barbecue. Exept from pool with heated water, news is table tennis, table football and billiards. Villa has an alarm and video surveillance, and is located in tranquil setting near the beautiful Opatija.
Guests can use wireless Internet (WLAN) which is included in the price. Guests can also freely use tennis court, as well as the hydro pool and the sauna.
